As HR Business Partner you are responsible for our employees: recruitment, assessing to create a starting point for growth, coaching and steering into the right training, to find together the ambition of the employee. You are the point of contact for the management in Iceland in the broadest sense of the word regarding HR. You are representing the company goals and helping to make the company successful. You like to work with people although you also know that sometimes the job brings difficult and challenging discussions. You are self-steering and independent, this is obvious for you. Knows the company goals and is responsible for its implementation in Iceland. Likes to coach employee to help them reaching their ambition that fits with continuous learning of the company. Provides guidance and control on personal and team level. Responsible for the planning and control of HR admin processes in Iceland and provides related management information. Works together with all managers and is responsible for the Appraisal Dialogues and Target Letters process. Works together with HR Business Partner in NL on setting actions on the staff involvement survey. Is a trusted person for management Performs recruitment and selection, training and development of employees. Is point of contact for employees and ensures good communication and information exchange. Maintains close liaison with corporate HR in NL to achieve reconciliation and an effective organization. Maintains various external contacts and represent the organization here.                                                                                desired skills. Clear and concise communication skills both verbally and written (English) You possess a diploma at bachelor level or higher. An IT oriented background is a plus 5 yrs+ experience in HR and you like to learn about our business process Socially strong, self-motivated and have the courage to have an open discussion. You are a connector, and able to build (corporate) sensitivity. You have the ability to listen and motivate people. You can handle change and know how to implement possible changes.
